Oh yeah...my hb and I seldom quarrelled. But since we moved into our house, we quarrelled more about housework. In the end, we have a heart to heart talk and I decided to cool everything down but doing everything myself without asking him. In the end, he seems to be taking more initiative to offer to help me. So it's a win-win situation. Meanwhile, I never stop trying finding things that can help me to lessen the housework. C currently aiming at the vaccuming robots

I decided marry my ex-boyfriend (now my hb) when it suddenly came after a mature time whereby.... Everyday I open my eyes, I still WANT to see him. Everytime we part, my heart still FEELS very sad. I think it happens to everyone when love frizzes out and the parties got sian. But love dun frizzes out for nothing. It is a gradual thing. After all, something special about each other must have attracted them in the first place. They need to spend time together, communicate and recall memories they had. My hb and I always have fun recalling our memories. It added a reminder why we are together in the first place and should still. If that dun work, your friend need to sit down and talk abt the bf’s concerns…ROM is not a routine route after 3 yrs of dating.

Hi Phantom, dun get me wrong. The songs selections are good for hearing...just that for me, it must stage the wedding. Too deep? Anyway, ultimately, you should choose one that when you hear it, you know it's the special song for both of you. You are doing great...taking initiative to choose the songs. Wish I can provide you with a song list but my hb (who is great in doing that) is coming home late these days. He dun even have time to fill up the Deal or No Deal application form! I'm good in commenting though. Haha. I have a pretty unknown song that is very, very close to my heart and was played on our wedding. I find it magical even up to today. However, I will pm you only. Also got a quotation from them. They are one of my final selection but never use them. Think it's a sub of xxx co.. Arts & Thots was set up last year. I like the botak guy. Dunno if he is still there...he SEEMS pretty reliable and experienced. The reason why I never use them is because they are putting a new guy to handle my project if I ever signed up with them.

Ya...that's how I feel and pity them too. But I have no say in this except to try to help them in other areas. I told them when they got money next time, they can get new rings anytime. Anyway, diamond ring, gold ring or platinium ring does not bind a marriage. Love, trust and patience does!

Hi chamia I think I can understand the couple. My friend is also getting married next month and he is on a very very low budget. I would think your friend is better off than him. He's just having a small lunch reception in a small church. No bridal photos, no professional photographer and even the wedding rings are not gold. Just silver. Unbelieveable but true. Wedding invitation printed DIY. Just settled their clothings this week. I am currently sourcing caterers for the reception. Total budget for all expenses : $2000! Instead of taking up bridal package, your friend can make do with a friend's car (decorate yourself), rent the gowns and engage a makeup artist. Get a friend good in photography. We managed the bride's clothings (2 gowns, accessories, shoes, makeup, hair) all within $550. I'm proud of them! How about u ask your friend to try out Qianxi Restaurant located at Tanjong Katong Complex (walking distance from Paya Lebar MRT). The food there is very good and I'm sure it falls below $500 or $400. I had frequent there many times and so far no complain on the food. The ambience is also nice (renovated) and I've seen weddings held there. It's worth check it out.

sorry not sure of the term "potting charcoal". Does it mean putting charcoal in a pot and leave in in the toilet? How long can this last?
