Bepgof, Why sell? My fsm only advised additional lights for dark areas. For myself, I have already decided mostly white for my house even before the fs audit so I think it should be ok.

Dear peeps, I got a quotation which I feel is quite alright. BUT I still need to cut down some portion as the quote does not include electrical works. The glaring part is: brick wall feature, tempered glass in mbr toilet and removal of wrought iron grilles (since I am getting a new set of windows w/o grilles). Anyone any suggestion? How much do I need to set back for wc, basin, sink and toilet accessories and faucets?

Nice drawing. I got a 5i under single scheme as well. Mine is on the 3rd floor. The lack of windows put some of the corners at a darker shade.

Just get some lights lah. If you use a fsm, then ask if there are certain areas which require additional lights.
