    Confirm ID / Contractor will get kickback... If U buy on your own think SBH give only 10% disc. Check with the Sales Staff. But you cold always try and get extra items /feebies or discount from Ur ID/Contractor and keep the peace... Better to have good working relationship then have headaches later esp if ur not doing the coordinating Have you worked out the floor area for your tiles?

    Saw a few nice sets at the Expo Furnishing Fair , but a bit pricey though... Nice colors child friendly furniture.

    Brilliant idea. But don't forget about the legal side of things. Personal Indemnity forms , Public liability Insurance and personal insurance. better be safe than sorry. Just a heads Up...

    If U & ur spouse salaries permit apply separately ... but you might not get the full 30K each . All is subject to your current gearing & Credit rating. Have Car / Term Loans etc... etc...

    Overall Experience with Andy is two thumbs up. Workers were efficient and careful. Price was also Good. Much better compared to the other much touted Renotalk Window installer... Took them about a day to replace all my 1st floor Windows.

    K job completed. Workmanship is good IMHO. I did not replace the grills so they actually removed and replaced the grills for me.

    Invest in a good drill. Don't buy the ones avail at the Diy shops. U'll be surprised how easy it is.

    I say this because mine also like yours... with rivets and screws. Bo Pian sometimes to excited. you can try but 3 years already.

    After speaking to a few window contractors , This guys has the best price 9003 6263 Andy ... he price better than the 'Popular Renotalk contractors' Good Luck

    Postponed my installation due to hacking. Andy was very accommodating. Nice friendly chap. Will do mine in about a weeks time due to hacking.

    I just engaged Andy after meeting Alex... Prices are very ... very good. Much better than Alex's Price by quite a bit. Installing next Friday will take pics to show workmanship... Fingers Crossed. I'm doing 5 sets of 6 Casement Panels for the Ground floor of my EM.White Powder Coated with Green Glass.
