Plus he will never make a decision before consulting u so keep ur handphone handy, cos he might call u if he needs to confirm with u. Hi all, here's the schedule for next few days before handover: Wednesday - Carpentary touch up Thursday - Electrician to complete the remaining light installation e.g. feature wall, kitchen cabinet, vanity top, etc PLUS fixing of solid surface in kitchen n MBR toilet vanity top Friday - Painting touch up PLUS installation of sink and toilet accessories by plumber Saturday - Chemical wash of whole house part 2 And then, it will be handover! Yay!!!! I am counting down now!

Dont worry, K's just busy with the shifting. Plus he is the manager there so, I guess he has a bigger responsibility of sorting out things, and doing up the mock displays, etc. He gave lates replies to some of my smses in the past two days too, but yesterday, he was apologising for the 'poor service' cos of the shifting. He is sweet la. Don't worry, Hirox, K will take good care of your house! Just keep telling him your concerns, and he will try his best to put them to rest!

Thanks Hirox! Went by my place this evening, saw two workers doing touch up on carpentary work. Almost done now, just fixing of kitchen and toilet accesories, chemical wash and one or two other things that need rectification. Hope, all things will be covered by Saturday. K will be busy till tomoro with shifting office to Upper Serangoon.

Hey Hirox, one man's meat is another man's poison. When we are touched to see works being done late into the night, others have a problem. But what kind of noise can wet works make, and I am pretty sure K is very careful about such things. Siao neighbour, must be someone else!

Mudster and I popped by our place today and to our GREAT surprise, most of the carpentary is up!!!!! I mean it took only 1.5 days????? And quality is to our satisfaction! We love the look! I just went about the house saying - Oh my God! Oh my God! K has really made it happen for us! I seriously don't know how to thank K And my favourite carpentary work - the kitchen! It's so cool! We'll wait for Mudster to upload the pictures okie? He should be done with that by tonight.

Good morning! Yesterday was the first day of installation of carpentary works so I decided to pop by in the evening. To my pleasant surprise, I saw 5 half naked men hard at work! Quality of carpentary looks great! Cos there are so many of them (workers), all parts of the house were attacked with the works -- work done in the kitchen, work done around the HHS, work done around the living room feature wall, work done in the MBR and work done in the MBR toilet!! Will try to take pictures of work in progress and post em soon

Dunno le, we actually wanted a 'block' not suspended, but ID said abt some regulation. My ID is a safe guy, so he tries not break too many rules.

I would think that it would solve the problem. Cos I have a super sensitive ear and I have been living in a quiet area all my life so now that I have an apartment next to the road, boy is it bothering me BIG time. Each time I drop by, I will keep being bugged by the traffic outside. Of course FH, is not bothered the least bit, but I really cant take the **** noise! Do feedback ok. I really hope it works for you!
