  1. I never keep the hammer. 1. It is not my hammer but the FSM 2. My FSM only ask my id to bring hammer but he never did But for the moving-in part, I did keep the 1. water kettle So the hammer is optional. Check with your FSM is the best

Take a look around your neighbourhood... get to know the neighbours, see if you like living with them cos good neighbour is hard to get and bad neighbour is hard to live with.... do you plan to stay for 5 years or to resell it after the MOP period.
