I really do not understand why some woman love to say "men can never be trusted" or "You can never trust a man". It take 2 hands to clap. When a husband stray, will the wife examine herself what went wrong? This also applies the other way round. I work in the IT industry. There was one job that I once hold that I sometimes need to work 7 days a week, 12 hours a day, and mind you the 12 hours is not 12pm to 12am type. It can start from 2am and you can see me standing in front of a computer for the next 14 hours. I also need to attend to adhoc calls from clients in the middle of the night and make sure I appear in front of them in 2 hours time. If I keep thinking that my wife is concern about me straying, then I will not be able to concentrate on my job. How am I to perform well in my job and bring back the bacon? To those who says "never trust a man" or similar, ask yourself can woman be trusted too? Marriage is base on 2 fundamentals; trust and communication. If you cannot trust your man even before taking the vow, then I recommend you not to get married. You will just be adding to the divorce statistics. You get married to expand your life, not restricting it. Marriage are made in heaven, so are lightings and thunder.

I have bad experience with Propnex agents too. My agent is the seller's brother. So after the OTP is sign, what ever we request from the seller, he did not pass the message. For example, before signing the OTP, we requested that the seller continue to finance the house till June. On the 1st appt, the HDB officer told us that we have to start financing the house starting June. I was mad. I believe the seller have no idea about this at all but the agent is causing all these. Why I say this is that when my wife mentioned this, the seller is shocked and confused!! The agent always use the term "my brother". To me, he should refer him as the seller. Referring the seller as "my brother", that means he take the deal personally and he will protect his brother interest first. Hey, I did pay the agent commission too! I will not use Propnex agents again. Though you may say that I am unfair to brand all Proponex agents as bad due to just 1 agent, but I wonder what has the agency taught them about ethics and professionalism.

My 2 brothers and me is using this brand of stove and the ... what's that thing called that suck the oil...... So far it has performed well. I am going to move soon and I will still buy te same brand. Honestly, the hob or stove does not look appealing, but it does perform. I have seen beautiful hob installed in my friend's place, but the performance of the hob is terrible. Go to a shop called Goh Ah Bee in Kovan. They have good discounts for hob+stove combo. My friend just bought a set where listed price is S$778. He bought it for S$665. That's more than S$100 of savings!!

You can ask HDB Branch office for advice. You just need to tell them your current situation and ask them does HDB regulations allows you to hack the toilet tiles. If the answer is no, then you only have 1 choice - overlay. If yes, then you have to really ask expert advice.
