Will be pretty upset if I pay good money to have a relaxing massage, yet 2 spoil brats come and spoil it. What they buy with the money, and with whose money, I really do not care. For geniune leather sofa, I use leather cleaner to clean and moisture the leather at least once every 3 months. Used to have one PU leather sofa, sit a while very warm. Once it start to crack, I think cannot stop liao. Or like how they do it on the old SBS buses, use a rubber piece to paste over the cracked area but of course that will be pretty ugly.

I don't think any ID/contractor will quote you the brand. Go to the tile shops, look at the tiles of this price range and below, does it meet your requirements and your budget? Got to do a bit of homework also.

There is one shop in IMM, I think the name is Atlantis, selling those slim tanks. Seems like ex thou.

err... I will take those advise by the shops with a pinch of salt. When I was buying my lights, one of the shop recommended so many downlights when I showed him my floorplan that I think they are just trying to close more sales. Discuss with your ID/contractor, know roughly what you want before gong shopping.

Looking out of my kitchen windows, the cleanliness state of most aircon ledges are really quite bad. See tissues, plastic bag, disposable cutlery, rags, clothes fallen from top, cigarettes butt etc. And this cigarette butt thing is really dangerous, what if the butt is still "live", drops on any of the hanging laundry and something happen. Really hope that all neighbours can refrain from throwing things out of the windows.

There is a nice duck rice shop near pasir panjang village, lunch time very crowded, a bit ex thou. Unless you are talking abt CNY, then most hawker stalls in town should be open during lunch time. Yes for AV, though not all.
