I am looking for aluminium or stainless steel insect screen with aluminium frame, which looks nicer and can keep my cats safe but cannot find. Most companies only sell magnetic insect screen or fibreglass which are not strong enough. I prefer insect screens than grills as they do not obstruct my view. thanks!

wow, lovely unit! my dream house at the price of a HDB.. by the way, you need to cat-proof your windows with mesh or those insect screens, else they might jump out of the windows. I am using mosquito insect screens whcih does not block my wind and view but can keep my cat safe

Hi love your house a lot! How do you hang stuff like mirror, clock on your brick wall? Did you nail in during or after the brick wall is up? Cos My Contractor says have to know exactly where I want to hang my painting so that he can do the brick wall around it, otherwise if I nail in after the brick wall is up, the structure of the bricks will crack or loosen.

Hi Beluga, is it ok to buy ceiling fan from malaysia and use in Singapore? Because I thought need to have the PSB safety mark to be approved for use in Singapore. And did you encounter any balancing issue with the fan and whether your contractor have any problems installing it. I wanted to buy from malaysia also but I heard about all these issues so in the end duno whether can buy from malaysia or not.

Hi all Can I just check how do you all decide which ID to go with? Quotation + draft drawing + visit ID's actual completed unit? Most IDs i went to just give me quotation and expect me to make decisions, don't even bother to draw any draft at all. And its quite difficult to get ID to arrange to visit their actual completed or almost completed unit..
