    Just call town council and arrange one trip on Fri 28/2, and another trip on Sat 1/3. But I still got a bloody big display cabinet to disposed. And Town council says to be disposed items hve to be place outside the house.... faint.... Got no idea how to move the cabinet out. Advice to those buying re-sale, MUST make sure to get the previous owner to get rid of all these stuffs.

    Haha Thanks bro. But my budget is not save more, but becos I money no enough. For me, most likely wont be selling ler, unless I get married and can apply BTO (which god knws when ), else buying another Re-sale is a nightmare with the sky high prices. Was already si bei heng when I buy cos of the zero COV but still, with every mth cash top up, I already vomitting blood.

    Need some advise. The previous owner of my re-sale flat leaves quite an amount of bulky furnitures. Understand that town council only clear 3 bulky ones per month. Is there any other ways I can get rid of all this bulky furnitures cheaply?

    Mine is also budgeted. At least yours is a new home, mine is a re-sale..... Just an overhaul of one toilet already take up min $5000, you can imagine my stress...... and my budget is only $10k+! So like you, Am going for the phase 1,2 and then 3.
