    Great reading especially the ladders.. I am trying to find a ladder which is foldable into a M shape and a big N shape... Used that before in the army but can't seem to find it. Really love the nurseries too...now I knw where to check it out. Thumbs up!

    Good call...it seems electrical is a good place to add-on costs. You can also refer to the schematic diagram in the utility box for the existing points.

    Oh ya... Instant heater seems a thing of past. We got that too. ID : "Instant heater"???! Us: Look at his shocked face and ... **silence... ... Needless to say, we got water heater tank.

    Same lousy layout as you with no chance of open kitchen concept ... Seems the planner realise and came out with new floor plan of open kitchen for the latest BTO. Argh.. Lookin forward to see the rest of your Reno progress.

    Congrats on moving in... A cosy place.. I also got my key around same time as you and hit the CNY period... Can understand the long long wait...

    Without false ceiling, you may want to consider using track lights. A standard living/ dining room seems to only have 3 lighting points. You can check your floor plan once you got your key.

    Yes it's ok to seal one. My ID sealed one as well. You can read the instructions behind the door that it is ok to seal one.     I have done cement screed. Cracking is normal. Will be doing the epoxy finish soon as the finale.
