    4.3K is only for the flooring ; how about labor and material fee? are you getting your ID to do it for you? i am looking at homogeneous tiles, cheaper and should be easier to maintain than vinyl ( we are concern of the water spilling part). how much does it cost for 4 typical 4-room BTO of 92sqm to do homo tiles? inclusive of labor, material and supply of tiles?

    very nice spinwhite fan you have gotten! what's the damage for the fan and how big is it? Crestar Icol with 3 lights options is great. Are you intending to install T5 in your bedroom? Or just the fan LED light is sufficient and bright? What is the purpose of airduct in the DB box?

    May i know why did you choose Crestar? i researched there are quite a few brands, like Fanco, EU Ace... Can i know how big is CRESTAR ICOL ? does the price 290 inclusive of the LED light or do we need we get the light fixture separately? will the fan lights be bright enough? my concern is the brightness of the light. What is SPIN WHITE and T5?

    3x $290 Cresta Icol Fan + Remote does the ceiling fan come with lights? i was looking at KDK fan but they do not have lights and my concern is if i do not want to have false ceiling, how to install lights? i see that you quotation do not include false ceiling.
