my block have city gas, confirmed + chop just that heard gas more expensive than electrical..told ID i wanted wall mount dryer but he said difficult la, no space at all he suggested to put side by side instead of top and bottom..workable also?? also, some told me will get gas leak also..lolz i think they too paranoid liao..kekeke dun laugh at me for being so suaku..

gonna engage roy tan as well very flexible guy where he gave lots of ideas and everything also can nego la..even brought his son along when i wanted to meet him on sunday..hahah seen their workmanship, 90% good

been to their office, think Alex is more creative, whereas his colleague who served us seem not very experience..showed him pictures and told him our idea..he frown as if catch no ball..lolz their freebies indeed attractive and quoted me overhaul reno about 32K..did not engage them although within my budget as i think his colleague more interested in our deposit than our idea keep telling me can put deposit with them 1st on the very 1st time i went there..
