    also i love your kraus sink, i wanted to buy from amazon too but they refused to waive shipping and I couldn't justify it... bought a monic sink from heritage in the end but still thinking about kraus sink.

    for service yard, as far as i know stove cannot be there even if hacked the wall. for the concealed piping, without hacking, it could be concealed with overlay of existing flooring tiles? i have seen some tblogs here where they concealed piping in flooring as well.

    wow! a planted fish tank! as a fellow fish tank lover, that's such a nice place and that its so good you planned for the position, you have it in full display. my other half is very reluctant to let me put my tank in plain sight haha! by the way what lights do u have above the tank and do u find them sufficient for growing the plants? trying to find a good looking solution for my tank

    Thanks for replying poliwhack! I think your Reno is mainly carpentry so should be quite Ok to live in while it's going on.
