    That's why always need to look at all the reviews and take into consideration on most of the things. Because sometimes eventho the quotations are in a much cheaper cost but the services sucks like ****.

    @fiqa denny Lim I think you don't need worry about the grout problem, cause for my house right I use grout shield to wash the flooring. It will maintain it for quite awhile.

    Hmm, maybe because those are Contractor ba, normally ID would have space planning...contractor just do ask you asked them to do. So they might do the planning for you
