And the kitchen is squarish instead of our present long type.As we are on the enbloc, this is the very first floor plan release to us. orhhh i see... so you like which floor plan? current / previous? Except kitchen tiles.And they need to grind off the wax, grind the gount line to smooth and wash the floor before moving to the next steps. So far, very impress and happy with the tiles work. Fyi...Gina only ask 1 tilers to do my unit and my sister unit where normally there are 2 tilers. I will take post the pic.The 4 room tiles work has began....HAPPYhappy,so fast hor , tiles are done. h4happy 1 Report post Posted March 14, 2008 (edited) Day 8....Finally my flooring is done.Manage to get the tiler name: Ah SengOne man operation...for my entire unit!Now waiting for 'grinding' the wax off and wash.Very happy with the worksmanship, cannot feel any cut leg feeling.Eagerly waiting for their next step (That is kitchen tiles). h4happy 1 Report post Posted March 23, 2008 Hi LynnThanks for your encouragement.Yeah, will be asking my id about the materials they gonna use.Phase 1 (flooring tiles done)Phase 2 (Kichen concrete base and cabinet) and Air con installation.This week, they will do concrete support for my 5 room basin and stove. Same as my mum's ktichen.After that, will discuss with Gina about the kitchen cabinet this saturday again.This coming week, air con installation will be underway, probably next Thur or Fri or Sat.So far so good! Just keep my finger cross! Anyway, saw a stainmark in one of the tiles (my mum's and my unit), will put a big notice to ask them to rectify the problem.
