I called the contractor and asked about toilet and kitchen

She told me got a promotion now for HDB flat and quoted me 3K for kitchen and toilets wall, 1.8K for toilet floor

I am considering this option if its good, cos due to the inconveniences if i reno my toilet and kitchen as I am staying in the flat now

ANyone who did sediment floor spraying to share?

Wow it sure much cheaper than mine (my kitchen wall and floor already cost $3K)...maybe I got a larger wall and toilet. Btw Mimi, 3K is for kitchen and 2 toilets is it?

This what my contractor told me this afternoon. For those who are interested in the pricing.

$1.8K is for 1 kitchen & 1 or 2 toilet floor (it a HDB promotion package offering right now).

$3.1K is for 1 kitchen & 1 or 2 toilet wall.

Kitchen floor only $1.5K,

Kitchen wall only $2.6K,

1 Toilet floor only $900,

1 Toilet wall only $1600.

So is it much cheaper then to hack and re-tile?

Sorry I made a mistake, had changed it, wall should be more ex than floor.

wow, near my place. Me staying Ave 8 now, previously Ave 7. Last for 10yrs is considered good right cos the one doing promotion almost everywhere (think faithcoat or something) said it can last about 7 yrs.
