Anyone have their work done by other ID in their co ? Wonder if their quotes and workmanship are as good as most Henner here. Cos collecting keys very soon, having a big headache due to budget constraints and Henry seems very busy.. ? And, really no GST huh ? How much would electrical works roughly cost ? Me first timer getting a resale and considering having my nest done by ID note.. Really clueless.

tell u what . contact henry . Tell him u want him to be yr ID . If he say cannot then U say , other staff also can , but must be the same price as what he quote and he must be responsible for yr project , the staff will jus be the coordinating pp. Not sure if this work or not. ha ...
