Thank you guys, all your posts are quiet useful for making an informed decision about contractors.

So far I am finding the journey stressfull but smooth.

I am spending so much time , and that is my only problem.

I just want a simple google kind of life but life is demanding much from me.

McNair?

My progress so far:

i have met up with 3 designers and 3 contractors. Only given quotes for 2 of the designers which are in the range of $50-60k. A bit tad expensive and now i have to rethink about all that i want to do and where i can save money. Definitely having such expensive renovation is not very friendly to my wallet.

Here are some pictures taken when i went to sign the OTP. Nice view and i love the quietness and yet convenient to mrt station.

APPEARING IN MAGAZINE

Thanks to another forummer (LLChing), i realised that my flat is featured as one that my contractor submit to Nippon Paint for their annual "Designers of Choice" magazine. Its an honour which i feel very proud....

Also have to thank the fantastic photographer, Supersimon27 for taking such wonderful pictures of my flat... only 1 last thing, he haven't take, that is of my turning tv. :sport-smiley-004:
