Hey guys, i got a question!!!

Can we actually change the orientation of our staircase?????

In most cases the em stairs is walk up from dining area, was just wondering if we can change that perhaps to walk up from living area? in essence, inverse the orientation of the stairs.

The answer is no.

However if the stairs starts where the dining room is, u can modify it to start from facing the kitchen entrance. Keyword is modify.

Can, as long as combine income below 8k and have not taken any concession loan with HDB or buy new flat from HDB. You are allowed to take 2 times concession loan with HDB.
