More or less done already.

The place was cleaned yesterday - was reasonably well done so less cleaning effort on my part

Installation for bathroom mirror, curtains on Thurs.

Bedframe, mattress and sofa set delivery on Friday.

TV on Monday.

Next shipment of taobao stuff probably in 3 weeks.

Can't wait! Notwithstanding the bill from main-con heh

In a perfect world...I would have three weeks from now till move in too! But due to work constraints...i have to move in earlier...my carpentry installation has not even started but I have arranged for all delivery, and movers to get the house sorted by 9 Oct. We plan to spend our first night in the home on 9 Oct...boy oh boy...it is worrying.

Apparently the gas people detected a leak and it is due to a screw used to mount the hood.

Gotta hack the wall to expose the gas pipe

Weld the defect

Plaster the wall - which is a problem because the wall will look different as it's cement finish

And another problem is where to mount the hood! Might have to shift left or right of the original position
