I think there is some changes to his portfolio, call him to find out.

I have moved in for 2 mths. Other than sporting some minor defect which he has arranged his worker to come rectify, we are actually quite pleased with his service.

Imo, sometime you need to see how a contractor react to your 'reasonable' complain in order to judge his service.

Hi tomlowct, we just signed up with cadmus. We are repeat customers of ideal house (previously with kenneth but as k can't take on our job this time, he strongly recommended us to cadmus). So far experience with cadmus has been great. He's very responsive , patient and accomodative to our requests. We had quite a number of design restrictions due to fengshui; thus far he has been able to offer creative solutions within our budget. Will update more after our reno work starts.
