Good Morning all U&B victims, Jason and Florence had swindled all my hard earned money and now absconded. They choose to ignore us and wasted all our time waiting and missed our moving-in date. I have checked with CASE and SCTC, they suggest that all of us should jointly file a police report with SPF towards U&B if there are more then 3 complaint towards a single defendant it will warrant an investigations (We are just like the victims of Wax in the city). We have more then 10 if not less, so why are we waiting for? Let action now and stop them from going around to swindle more innocent people.

Hi Ivy, I'm the provional member of Ah soon club. Met uncle yesterday afternoon to discuss my reno needs and after that he bought me to view a unit at Clementi believe it your place. When I was there at around 4pm, there were a group of uncle’s men (guess they are the carpentry team) in actions. Uncle mentions that by this Sat the unit will be transformed into a every nice showroom when everything are up. Mind if I drop by this weekend to admire the finish work? Thks.

Last week our RC organized this reno road show at our void deck, I have gather some quotes and it vary from basic package like the one below and some only allow us to view the package pasted on the wall with their work like the one below but come with wardrobe X 2 with sliding doors it cost something like 13K for a 4rms unit. ( they will provide you with an itemize quotations after you sign up with them, is this the practice? Basic package Price @$6,288 for a 4rms unit from another ID firm Living room with homogenous tiles with skirting and chemical wash before hand over. (no mention of HS and service yard ) Haulage fees ( is this a must? mine no hacking ). 3 Bed rooms with good quality laminated floorboard with skirting (cement screed by HDB) ?? 50mm ht cement base with tiles for fridge, washing machine & kitchen cabinet (no dimension mention) Connection inlet & outlet pipe for washing machine & kitchen sink (additional charges of $80 for relocation of point) Supply Labour & paint for whole house wall & ceiling using ICI (10 colors) Thank you.
