I saw the before and after floorplan and i was already impressed! 2) Common toilet tiles are nice! 3) Yes!! your dining table really can be casino table!! 4) Question! Do you find your walkway (the one that is between living room and the bedrooms) a space waster? Or does it really add to the mood? BTW, no 3D drawings?

Hi J! Sorry for the late reply. No I didn't sign with TIP in the end. Jack is a very nice guy but I find him a bit too meek. I can't imagine him winning an arguement with a contractor! Quotation is a bit on the high side as well.. He proposed a lot of carpentry. I signed with Ideal House's Johnny in the end. Best price and he is very easy going.. I add this and that he also didn't "gey gao" (ji jiao) with me

And also, for some odd reason, all the "contractor" I approach speak chinese, are rough and quotations wise not professional. So i thought better to go with professional one better. I met up with one of their ID, walter foo. he seems quite knowledgeable in the process of construction, drawing 3d sketches on the spot n even showed me his own portfolio. prices seem reasonable. anybody use him before?
