  1. Great Maybe you want to post your quotation here (but please cover the ID and your personal details) and we can help for a look out.
  2. Looks good ... I assume you're changing the door?
  3. Two options: 1. If in the 2nd appt date, the seller and you(buyer) sign the agreement, technically the seller is an illegal occupant. You either collect rent from him or call police. 2. If there's no agreement in the 2nd appt, both sides could postpone the 2nd apptment and since it's seller fault, you can collect late completion interest fee from seller. Your agent or HDB officer should know about this. HOWEVER, in option 2, your seller still could refuse to sell the house in the end to you and cancel the whole thing. And you could sue him but you have to do it in your own capacity.
  4. I am using Joven 25L Storage Heater. What we do now @ night is to turn on the water heater for about 5-10 minutes before shower. After shower, we just turn it off. In the morning, the water is still warm (not hot) because of the left-over of last night and it's just nice for shower.

  8. If you're saying FS, maybe should re-consider building a shoe cabinet that is higher than the person staying inside the house
  9. Gimz has mentioned, the really rectangular one is very expensive. So, I opt to get a slightly rounded but still rectangular sink. It's around $100 ++ from Eng Soon Huat/Jalan Besar, brand is Rubine.
  10. Any Home Fix, DIY store or HW Store. Even Carrefour also have. Price range from around $40-150, depending on # of steps and brands
  11. Are you using IKEA downlight ? Btw, you might want to consider to put some base for your oven. Otherwise, when it's operating, it'd be too hot and will affect your white solid top. I did the same too
  12. You have good taste on the sink which is coincidentally same as what I use

  16. Frankly, never heard of Imperial brand, is it locally made? If it is, i think it's inferior to corian. I know the best is corian, 2nd best is LG. I choose LG because there's not much difference between corian and LG, specially in terms of the shine. While the other brand, might have significant difference.
  17. Wow ... that's fast. Congrats for the person, it's a nice sideboard

  23. Erm ... I also don't know how to explain ... That was the feedback from most of the people using glass. The logical explanation maybe because glass surface is smoother than stainless steel surface?
