need remove (use sharp pen knife) old silicon of both internal & external along the glass. Use tissue paper to absorb the water along the path, use heat gun (hair blower also can) - making sure it's extremely dry. Or, i suggest replace the inner first - if remove both, the glass panel would be 'unstable'. Need hours of removing/water drying/applying/silicon drying....
