hmm.. i ask the supplier when he came down to take measurement.. he told me the glass is able to withstand heat.. but if really scare then can put those portable Aluminium tray type material between the stove and the glass..

me use tempered glass.. i dont think i will do alot of cooking so tempered glass is fine..

my HTB will buy the workers drinks when he happen to see them ard.. hee below my flat is kopitiam..soo he always ask what they want to drink then go down and buy... BTW only my HTB will do that.. i wont lor..me is the mean house owner..hahaha

of coz you can.. I reuse my ex owner hob and hood.. just rem to tell ur ID that you will be reusing them.. ask ur ID to remove it and left it at one corner of the house (e.g store room). What i did was.. i wrap my hob and hood so that they wont get dusty ( still dusty..sigh but better than nothing) during the reno period..

Normally after the final coat of paint is done and i still find some areas not up to my expectation..how is the painter going to paint the area??? Does the painter paint the whole wall again or only touch up on the small portion that i mention?? My concern is..wont that small area be very obvious after the touch up is being done??? Any comments?

The painting done is not up to mark.. Mr J not very please with the painting.. tmrw he will meet Richard and see if we can get the painters to come down again... Went sg expo today..think gain city must be very happeee...we spend close to 3K there.. bought our TV, fridge and standing fan..
