Hi, This is the floor plan for my house. Main door is facing 22 degree from North) It is built in 1988. I am a self learner in flying star reading. Would the seniors advice me if my readings are correct? 1) Worst place in my house is the balcony (5s and 2s) 2) Bedroom 2 and 3 will be better than bedroom 1 There are 2 schools of thoughts about the home period. 1 says that its the date it is built (1988) another says that it is the year we move in as the place is vacant for more than 100 days. (Period 8) What are you views on this?

Hi All, Do any of you hide your air con pipe inside the false ceiling?

All these units seem like after thought. These block should have corridor units across all the floors, then all of a sudden, they decide to have only corridor on 6 and 10 floor only. Since that is the case they decide to extend the length of the living room and 2nd bedroom. Resulting in such a layout

I think there will be quite a lot of wasted space. Space planning will not be easy too. Wondering how a nice renovation of such a unit will look like though.

Do you also have the HUDC Maisonette layout? I remember viewing one that has has steps going up the living room.

Haha, for my fiancee and myself, its our first house so we are especially excited about the reno. Been to the tile shop like 3 times and collected like 20 sample of tiles. Loving the experience. The cost of renovation do give us a shock everytime there are changes. Budget for reno has doubled and seem to be going up still. We do not even dare to go look at nice furniture yet. Doing it a step at a time. We enjoy looking at your EM and hoping ours will be as nice. Oh yah, would you be able to PM me your total renovation cost (ID)?

Talking about noise, are we allowed to do double glazed windows?
