Ya lor....agree agree.....My neighbour 1 level below mine at my old hse, though she cooks at nite which I like...bt she will followed by smoking after hving the late dinner which I dun like...She likes to smoke from her MBR's window and the smoke will travel all the way to my MBR. Tis kinda smell I dun like and cannot tahan...I became a passive smoker indirectly and in the middle of the nite! !!

Bt hor...I heard standing ones are more for business and sitting ones more for at home.....I rmb when I trying to find my Guan Yin and I really like the one standing....then my mum say cannot cos tat one will not take care of hse cos more for business as they lok far.... My friend's Ah Ma told us tat dun lok for Guan yin tat shows their feet cos no good...I also dunno wat is no good...bt I told my HB I dun care as long as I like...Bt it so happens tat the one tat caught our eye is no feet shown out one la... So I suppose also no difference between marbles and porcelains one la?

Then u must strike the top ones leh....tats y I say must strike big big ma....u still need to spare some cash to treat US leh....dun forget hor.... !! !!

My MIL say eat at LR ok, bt strictly not in bedrooms...she says she ever saw a TW FS program at SCV and tis is wat they say.....bt I also c no link.... I dun tink so la cos she is not a person whom will keep her hse clean and tidy type.... Bt the plm is I eat at my own hse, she also cannot...very funni...luckily we dun stay 2gether.... Yaya...I rmb it happen to my younger brother too...my mum and grandmum told him not to point at the moon as it will cut his ear...he is v stubborn and go ahead to point....Haa...get a cut on his ear the very next day...Dunno issit coincidence or really caused by the pointing?? Bt I choose to believe la... Tis is wat I heard too when young.....then when I grows older I bo chap....cut and cut at nite and nothing happens ma....so weird! Dunno wat is the rationale behind! Never heard of the soft toys part before leh...oni c in movies... Bt I did ever heard tat gals cannot buy too many shoes...Bt I also dun care la....how to avoid? My MIL always c me in disapproval whenever I eat at my study room... She always say eat in bedrooms will affect our fortune. Is tat true? Bt I dun eat at MBR wor...I oni makan a plate of fish ball noodles in my study room while using the pc only... Has tis got to do with FS?

Ok Fifi....quite sure is her leh.... If she really mend her ways....we will definitely give her a leeway... Bt if days later, she suddenly pop out again and writes : "I am so bz with my wedding preparations, and go Soo Kee buy another 50k diamond to match my gown" Or "I just went Swissotel, my AD hotel to stay for a few days" Or "I just bought another LV-baba bag" Then I will her again....

I vote for 11% to 20%.....unless I am very outstanding la...else I will not ask for too much....hehe

ranval9, dun worry too much....just concentrate on completing the reno at the moment, do 1 things at a time, step by step... I tink yr HB is those whom plan everything carefully before taking up more committments. This is good...as he is a good planner... After most things settled down, then talk to him slowly, perhaps by then his tinking will change... Stay happi and there will be a solution when u cross the bridge!

Perhaps yr neighbours doing biz at home? Or they knock off oni at tat time and go home cook dinner? For me, I dun tink I mind if it is good smelling food.... My neighbour at my old hse also like tat...she stays 1 floor below me and every nite she cooks around 10 plus....I can even smell it from my bedroom...Bt the smell is simply heavenly la.....sometimes even make me go to bed feeling hungry though I have taken my dinner...

My mum's hse layout also the same as yrs...as in her MBR door is in line with the toilet's door... I also interested to noe....

My uncle had a lunch buffet followed by the church ceremony.... Then followed by wedding dinner at nite. I am sure those close to u will attend the ceremony. My uncle's is a good example! Most of us attended the ceremony and dinner. If possible hold it on a weekend....there shouldn't be any plm!
