When I renovate my bathroom, I noticed a hairline crack on one of the tile and told my contractor. He changed the tile willingly. And mine is a small project with little profit margin. So I don't see why your contractor can't change it.

Of course not! He will shrink responsibility once he receives full payment. Anyway, since recommended by contractor, complain to your contractor. Tell him that you want to get 3rd party to inspect and ask him to bear the inspection charges (this can then be deducted from the balance electrician payment)...

Your electrician very scary... better get a 3rd party (preferably SP) to check his work... Better hold payment until no prob...

Hi... congratulations! You may want to explore the Phillips FC9160 vacuum cleaner. I recently got it for $260 thereabout. My main criteria when I look for a vacuum cleaner is strong suction power as my previous one was useless (can't suck up much stuff). As claimed, this model suction power is 500W.

I think my parents previous house use silicon. Did not have any problem with vacuum cleaner damaging it. I rather trap a bit of dirt than to have lizards and the stuff crawling under it.

I talked to Randy Construction before when I' looking for contractor to renovate my bathroom... Their initial quote seems cheap becos they just quote you the basic stuff. When I tell him I want shower screen, granite top, and other stuff... The price is almost the same as other contractors... Altho I'm no expert in this, if your toilet is old, wouldn't you want to redo the waterproofing?
