Leather is nice & easy to maintain if ur living rm got air-con then lagi best to have one leather sofa. But if u got kids in ur hse then no need to ask jus get those cheap cheap fabric cos utimately it will become their jumping ground. Fabric got alot of color choice and best it can be wash but bear in mind not all stain is washable esp beige color. Do take into consideration of ur hse theme too sofa is a big set of furnite it can create the feel and atmosphere in the living room so choose correctly.

Great at least they respond fast cos white ants attack dun play play.

There shld have a sign beside the escalator to promote courtesy "Keep Left, or else kenna Bang Bang" Cos I am thinking to use this sign to tell off those ppl who stand on the right. Otherwise they may shoot me back where got sign saying must stand on the left.

My cousin told me in HK if u stand in the wrong way u sure kenna scolding, maybe we are too kind hearted that why we nvr voice out to them if not next time they will knw where to stand. I think MRT shld put out a sign to educate those ppl (esp foreigner) where to stand if not rushing. !!

If u are not so particular abt sound quality then I would suggest u to get those HTiB (Eg Pionner or Sonny). Don forget abt the power consumption it will be higher than those HTiB so save utilities $$$ in long run no point spend $$$ in Amp & Spks whereas u are not so particular in sound.

Don be surprise alot of ppl don knw they must stand on the left hand side if they don wan to walk. I am not sure is it we learn from HK cos HK is stand on right hand and walk in left side, but if u stand on the wrong side most probably u will kenna scolding.

Totally agreed with niwdehos. Individual got their own preference and standards. If 80% of the time is TV program then HD Ready is good enough for u no point paying extra for FULL HD and only get to enjoy two HD channel. Although they said is for future proof but future will alway come out with better quality so go according to ur needs. And for wat I knw is if u wan full effect on FULL HD must get at least 50inch screen then u can see the tiny hair of that person. Try Pioneer 8th Generation Plasma although they are HD Ready but watching them will make u

I think is not for their buttock to sit they scare they will miss the train when the door close suddenly. I used to be gentle but after seeing so many cases ppl rush in and me left behind (cant squeeze in too BIG size) I also become ken chio like them. Every Morning, I alway realised when taking bus many of them do not go up to the upper deck as there are only 3 bus stop to alight. However those ppls at the second bus stop alway got no chance to board the bus and the ppl jus keep moving in and refuse to go upper deck so no choice have to left those angry ppl standing outside staring. What are the reasons they dont go up to the upper deck to make space for the second bus stop ppl???

If u go Jurong East MRT even handicapped ppls also nt spare, they will not let u alight first and squeeze their way in so there are always alot of eye staring and finger pointing when the door closed. My case happen in Outram MRT I just couldnt stand that guy standing infront of the door not moving when most of the ppls had already alighted as the other side is already rushing in and I am still GONG GONG behind him don knw waiting for what??? But after I overtake him, I can see his Black black face maybe he trying to be polite and let ALL the passengers alight first. But to me I am taking a risk not able to squeeze in the train or have to take another one w/o him standing infront of me.
