yes the low end paint are easier to touch up but why would that be an issue to you if there is a need to touch up, they'll just have to repaint the whole wall not too sure of the market rate now, but $1,400 seems pretty high how far has your renovation progressed and how much have you paid? if nothing much has been done and you didn't pay a lot you might want to consider cutting losses coz i got a feeling that there's a lot more to come

i think most, if not all, concrete sink support will consist of the two concrete 'legs' AND the concrete top so far have not seen anyone's concrete support coming without the concrete top
-
i think normally it's used for t-blogs kinda like leaving our mark and welcoming another member to renotalk coz usually members will start a t-blog to chronicle their renovation journey

spam chop really very original condition but at least you get to demolish everything without feeling sayang

oops hope you are feeling better by now if not please go and see a doctor having the runs can cause dehydration which is worse yup as cat owner we can only do our best to 'protect' the furniture that's why i got all hard wood furniture cause these are about the only things that are 'immune' to cat claws

to say something very cliche when you are right at the bottom, there's no way else but up i guess sudden loss is never easy to accept that's why i'm treating every single day as my last day whenever i feel like flaring up, i'd ask myself what will i do if this is the last time i'll ever speak to them it makes me cherish the people around me more if you need anything at all, you know we are all just a phone call away

hihi val, kinda of understand what you are going through bad things just don't come in anything less than three i've been through a pretty bad phrase in my life almost, thankfully, sank into depression and became an alcoholic guess i finally under the meaning of 'whatever will be, will be' it's easier said than done, but we all have to learn to let go if something we can do to change the situation, don't think about it, just do it but if there is nothing we can do, don't think about it too cause it's just futile to do so one can never recover from loss it's just how we manage to continue living on take care my girl jia you jia you

i have a concrete sink support too personally went for it coz i'm using a composite sink so the weight is already there then add to it all the chopping, washing and leaning and take into consideration the possibility of leakage, both from the pipes and the seams... you can check out here for how it looks http://www.renotalk.com/forum/index.php?au...;showentry=3372

well, for solid wood furniture i won't go for ikea ones either comparing with other shops, they are pretty expensive e.g. bookcase, i'd rather get a scanteak one at $199 during their ever-lasting sale then the leksvik one which cost $200+
-
actually the open space is good for keep stuff like luggage, items that you don't use very often but kept in a vacuum bag etc
-
spam chop can totally understand your frustration with hdb rectification the only thing i'll say is i'll NEVER go for premium flats ever again

well for the sake of my cats i'll do amplimesh every time i had amplimesh installed in my old place after my cat pass away due to fall from heights this is something within my control and i will do it no matter where i shift to i agree with the lack of customer service at panggiap maybe you want to get your contractor / ID to liase with them instead? that's what i did when i got my grilles... side track, was reading the newspaper and am so saddened by the banning of several breeds of dogs they are the best dogs man can have (at least to me) and they are banned :bangwall: :~

well if the wardrobe door can't withstand the tv weight then i guess i'll have to start thinking hard again wardrobe frame and wall beside wardrobe can't coz of other restraints hmm you can try the platform shop in millenia walk or the beach road furniture mall alternatively, you can DIY just buy a square table, shorten the four legs can liao
