Hola fellow forumners, Thanks to helpful forumners with their Taobao links,amazon links and lobangs for shops based in SG. Also special thanks to Freb for his cement screed appeal . Save $$ must say thanks lo. To give back to the community from things i learn from fellow forumners ,young,old,lao chiao or sin chiao. lol After nearly 3.5years of waiting,finally got the keys to my home .Yes that long due to the fact the original main con went bust. Sad case.

Due to Freb sample appeal email,i manage to get my FOC cement screeding for my home ,sent email got reply in 4 days,sent the form got it approved in 2 days and liase with the contractor and cement screeding done less than a week after confirmation with contractor. Did living + 3 rooms and need to top up cement as HDB give 40mm only and as i will be using 0.5mm vinyl . Kopi $$ for the contractor for the top up and his worker did a good and neat job.Cement and sand proportion is quite good. Not much lopsided area when my vinyl installer came to do site survey. In the end save $2.8k .

whats the length of your track lights? 1m or 1.5m?still contemplating the length ...TIA Can i have the links for the pull out kitchen organiser and the bidet spray? TB shopping is addictive...1st round $650 gone...many2 more to go

If you relocate your storage heater to the service yard,the size of the heater will cause your drying equipment to be redundant . And unless you use gas heater.You will also incur extra cost to do plumbing works to supply the hot water to your toilets .

Hi Freb, From my knowledge HDB dont provide FOC screeding.If possible able to PM me how you go about on the appeal ?The cost of screeding the entire house floor is exorbitant.

Hi Yolo, Whats the wattage for the lights and how many lights per track?cant get a clear insight from the pics. Is the configurations bright enough to illuminate the room per se? Is the oval wall cage lights in white ? TIA -
The elmark fan unable to pass the ceiling height clearance due to the long stem. An alternative will be the Aeratron e503 with the wooden blade

Data and tel connection is my bread and butter. I show the shoddy work and non existent of shifting of these 2 points to my parents ID and he verbally tell me he will minus off these 2 items from the final bill. Further more the electrical works and main job scope of renovation separate bill.

Hahahahahhahahahahah. Nice one there. heng sway lo buying from TB. Most of my items come in good condition but they are small items like LED strips,drivers,tin toys etc Im abit worried for my future pending big purchase like dinning table ,chairs,pendant lights etc if it turn out bad the CFO wil surely me non stop.

Doubt so with light fixtures and furniture etc. Less than 25k for full interior renovation more apt.

It went errr ok?I wanted to nego and call off the installation of the lighting points and shifting of the powerpoints and only let the electrician do the conceal points and DIY all the shifting of points and down lights points but the electrician maybe kinda piss with me and ask the ID boss to come down and talk to me.Finally i relented and let them do all.But i got 'freebies' as in they quoted me 8 lighting installation @ $15 per point for the down lights but never total it in the final amount.It has been installed .Did extra 2 lighting points for the LED and got charge for 1 point.Overall their price point has their good and bad.I DIY my installation of my cove LED lights,3 x fans and installation of 9 lighting fixture for various location with the help of my handyman cousin. Save around $600+ Final bill 1.8k Paid 1.6k pending last payment which my ID will minus off $100 due to the relocation of the tel and data points for the console area not up to my satisfaction.

The price is an estimation .If by DHL its $425 but havent try their 10kg super saver shipment.The CSO advised me to use UPS and UPS super saver 10kg is around $320. I am contemplating not to sent back and re use the caddy as a 1 shelf caddy from the perfect 2 shelf caddy -
