  1. Alot of wood materials shrink because the varnish wears out after a while, so if you go for wood make sure its treated wood so the shrinkage is very minute
  2. Only thing is that you have to notify the town council and tell them what is going on. For all of us, which town council is the one that is doing this to you?
  3. This is a statement i really agree with as maintaining your grouts and tiles will always take time and effort
  4. No they are not, porcelain from i know have a higher density from what i remember what one contractor had told me before
  5. You should not do that as that damage your tiles permanently as bleach can be quite corrosive on the enamels of various types of tiles

  18. In this case its toilet tiles so a steam vacuum won't really help as the toilet already has alot of moisture from the way the OP describes
  19. The waterproofing part is an issue for overlay, so its better in my own opinion to hack and relay it
