  2. No gold lah... Cannot always measure like that mah. Maybe, I am more of a country boy. My kind of home is not about central, convenient, amenities. (Have better lah) Singapore is not very big. Most things that you want can be found in your home. Commn, work already very stressful, go home must still cheong meh. Home should be surrounded by nature & serene environment. Best by the sea. Sentosa will be a good place... but bo lui leh. Mr Lee is very sure of improving this place. Otherwise, Mr Mah will do this presentation. This place will be a futuristic green friendly place by the sea. Give it another 5 years. Let wait & see. Eh... maybe, I am check out at Pulau Tekong heh...
  3. Yo... glad that you enjoy your trip. At least no monsoon rain.... It is such a relaxing trip right ? unlike others... need another day to recharge your battery. Oh, 1 thing about inside Krabi airport, totally no snacks/water. Just gotta sit and swallow your saliva. At least they should have vending machine.   12. Comfirmed I_club23 is correct ... For amount less than 360,000 you don't deduct 5400 For amount more than 360,000 , you can use ( purchase amount X 3% - $5400 ) Cos 5400 is actually the first 360,000 calculation lah ....

Take example... car owner, thought every 3 years can change car...cos price keep going up But now, those who bought 5 yrs ago, must fork out cash if sold. Some no choice, just continue paying. As for FH ,,, there is holding power. no need to worry so much about demand up or down.
