I'm new here and manage to find this forum from the Singapore Brides website. I just received my key last week and I'm from 220c 5 rm :D

Anyone start renovating their house?

Agreed with the dinning part...haiz, I guess got to get advise from others or ID.

did you chk out the electrical diagram in your unit. there should be a suggested location in that diagram

I'm also in the same block 5rm like you & lovelee, just gotten keys too.....(Big Orange, please help to bold it as well :-) thank you)

Similarly, the placement of dining table is a headache for me too, still pending for a good layout from the IDs.

And the positioning of sofa is another problem too, how far do you all intend to place it away from the TV?

Meanwhile, spend more time shopping while GSS is still on!

Hi folks, i've just checked my HDB application and it was stated "Your appointment to sign the Agreement for Lease and Take Possession of the new flat is ...."

Does this mean my keys are available? or just to sign lease agreement? :)

Toshiba System 3 @ $2599

3 x RAS-M10NKCV (9k BTU) + Compressor model RAS-3M20SACV (24k BTU).

Mitsubishi Electric System 3 @ $2888

3 x MSXY-GA10VA (9k BTU) + Compressor model MXY-3A28VA (30k BTU)

Insulation: 1/2" Class 0

Copper: Totaline Gauge 23

Warranty: 5 years on the compressor motor, 1 year on the rest.

replace "(" ")" with "[" "]"
