I intend to revamp my whole unit. Hv gotten few quotes which all at 60k and above. Think this is the marker rate for a resale 5rm unit.

40K is possible for minimum renovation, 60K you can have more carpentry work done

Try to minimize carpentry work unless there is a need to it. Of course the choice is up to individual. I had been using one of mine contractor for the past few years. If anyone need it do pm me for details.

My friend have paid 65k for her reno 5rm flat done by * design, Terrible worksmanship , I've ask my friend who is a contractor to help her do those unfinish job cos contractor usually dont do small job like touch up. ., please dont go to this company if you need renovation work
