wa.. previously owner's lights all quite nice~

Looks ok but dont fit our likings. Some parts are worn out as well.

If anyone is interested in the old "used" look, welcome to have it.

Curious, are you intending to keep the current flooring or will you change it? The laminates from the pics look ok to me, but not sure why is there white trunking at your intended study area?

Wow your place look good, hope you have a smooth renovation.

Your place looks huge. The flooring seems to be in very good condition. Hope you manage to find the best people for your renovation!

Hi guys, thanks for the blessing. Am changing the flooring, Flooring is laminate, look acceptable but skirting are goners.

White trunking is from previous owner when they dismantle the place. I shift it there for illustration and for the the missus to "visualize" the study area.

Area is of a decent size, at least no odd shapes. Love the MBR, can build in a 15ft wardrobe. No need to do a WIW.

Living and dining are decent size with "designated" area. Matter of fact, being able to build a study room is pretty enticing.

More photos.

The opened window to the kitchen will be seal up to make way for the study.

Straight ahead is MBR. 2 other rooms on the left and common toilet on the right.

You know, when you buy resale, you buy as it is.

Guess have to do a stake out there, arm with broom and brush and hose, wait for rain before I can wash......

Ohh so it was there already when you purchased the house.

I thought it happen during renovation.

Rain i doubt will be able to clean it, think you use a broom and brush with water hose.

Else if there is upgrading or washing with those elevator, ask them to do it.

Hope this helps
