omigod..bestview window? actually they are not the only 1 doing it, my contractor oso can do it & slightly cheaper. I wanted to get it for my balcony as we have a open view, but after hearing the price. i backed out..the cost of just the balcony window (3.8m) is more than my whole house windows.

Yeah, u have a point, its good if you rarely use...acherli i tink i will oso rarely use.haha. I paid $55 for regulator + $10 for gas hose..then they gave me like a mat to protect flooring. I tink singas regulator system they say worth $100+.

I dun tink can, my mum gave me an extra regulator, used for union (solar) gas, i ask the guy fixed, even dat oso he say cannot, different size. ur on sing gas? expensive sia...long term use others better.

I bought rinnai hob & hood, they have this promo with Sing gas, get free regulator etc.. called to ask price per cylinder is $40.. Called my mum, she recommended Union Gas, $30 only, they're quite fast..called them in less than 20mins,they're here.

7.2k is nonsense..mine was 4.2k & downlight alone i got near 50. i oso rewire my whole place...

Remind me of my story, i used to collect star wars & spawn figurines, all mint in boxes, stored them in carton boxes neatly tucked in my room, been keeping it since i was in primary school. After i got married, got a house, i wanted to transfer the boxes to new place..went back home. Cant find my boxes, searched. The whole house, called my mum who went out earlier. Filled with fury, lucky was my mum..i could have killed any body else... By then i no mood to keep alreay. I gave away all the toys..

My ceiling is also higher than norm as i stay at top floor, tink few inches higher..5 inch i find juz nice, if u want 6 inch its ok...personal preference..

90% of my house is using LED, the only light not LED is kitchen & toilet light which i will change when the bulb blown.. Rooms: Fanco Fan + LED light kit Rest is downlights (5 inch - 12 watt & 3 inch - 6 watt) and LED strips as cove light.

I had the same problem with the fridge i ordered too. It was a samsung, saw the delivery guys unwrapped from carton box, when they wheeling it in. I noticed 2 small dents at the side but very visible.... I juz accept it la since its at the side, who can notice, the front/inside all ok, no prob.

I deal with vincent, according to him, he & alex are bros... they did a great job in my house, I got whole house sliding windows, top hung windows, bathroom glass doors, door grille, maindoor & later added kitchen glass sliding door. They did a great job & price definitely reasonable, willing to rectify any defects for me..

Well to me defects not so serious, can juz rectify..wont cost him a volvo, but now reputation gone.. My contractor dun mms or watsapp me but at least i see the progress, also any defects which i point out, he rectified for me almost immediately.,, he would also go around look for defects or unsatisfactory work. Like you, I also outsource some works to 2-3 sub contractor, mainly flooring, window grilles etc...was touched wen he even repaired the defect & clean up those works not under him... only grouse, reno took 2month+

damage done.. Think forummers will tink twice engaging such contractor to play safe no matter wat..

Keep calling oppenet to get u an earlier date.. I called openet in may, they say earliest is sept.. I told them my Reno cannot wait, they ask me do conduit which according to my contractor will break coz have to go thru many beams. After several calls, they manage do for me in late June but coz of them, my Reno delayed 2 weeks which was still ok. Openet sub sub contractor came, I complain to them, they say ya la openet kaysiao 1, always do dat & last min can get slot..but then sub sub con can do.. Dunno how many sub openet got, he oso say cost to lay is much lesser than $200 but coz so many sub, each want a cut of the profit. Dun get unlicensed electrician do coz next time got fault openet might nt wanna be responsible, also they use some kinda high tech equipment for testing & laying the tb box, according to them, the machine cost tens of thousands, which normal electrician would not have.

Yes its over..on 20 something june.. My regret not purchasing the bread bin cover when i got the chance, i purchased 2 big dustbin, can opener, cock screw everything except the bread bin which i needed most..

Hi aron, Need check with you, if you service aircon, do you need service compressor? Maybe need to access the compressor to do works. coz i tinking of installing invisible grille & it'll be fixed kind. If cannot, need to change to casement.

Legate oso not bad la..established player.. but the guy who i dealing with was not bad, more convincing, so took him.. Oso Legate price, like so unpredictable.. when i called Legate, they quoted like 2.8k.. i was like wtf, ur expo guy told me is 2k based on floor plan. then she say..ohh, expo price, ya can give u 2k oso. then y u nvr offer me tis price earlier. she say coz i nvr mention Expo offer.. tis part i bit turn off liao, i decided to take other offer coz the sales staff like..

My balcony & MBR window big..around 3.9m long each. I was considering between legate & invisys..but invisys got the 30% off, so lowest quote wins. There is another player in the market, decorille, they claim their frame is better than the rest, looks good, thicker & look more stable but not sure price how.

Invisys coming to install invisible grille at my place this fri.. Balcony - 3.9m length Dining room, foyer, 3 bedrooms at around 1.8k...all fixed kind. hope it'll turn out well...
