Thus after receiving the letter, you can choose to keep quiet and not buy the place. Application (enquiry for price) is free and to be done online through your MyHDB page.

From what I've seen quoted around. I've been told by a number of contractors that as long as you don't disturb the wires in the ceiling there isn't a problem. Electricians can check if there's leakage anywhere... ask them to do it. If there isn't any problems and the wires are in good condition then SAVE MONEY! Anyway how long do you intend to stay?

heheh pai seh pai seh.. but think ashes answered for me? From IKEA! mmm legs were $39 each I think and top was $25. Mmmm I have a warning though... The Utby legs have four holes for the screws. They are adjustable from 80-120 cm. But the table top I use.. it's the Vikka one which is meant for legs with 5 screw holes. My contractor helped me drill the legs down. The Utby legs actually has a matching table top. But that table top is meant to be (one side) mounted onto the wall... with one side straight and the other end curved. So we didn't get that one.

haiz and they got some efficient award recently.... haiz.. She suddenly and quietly appeared outside... and didn't tell us she was there.. our door was open. Luckily my mom went out to water her plant a little and she saw a woman outside looking at our meters. Then we knew she came.
