ya. getting all mine from sin lek. unless i show to uncle next week and he said my tiles selection cannot make it, then i will reconsider going to LSH. Personally, I like my living room tiles a lot. I think it is very glossy and I like things to be glossy. Hahaha.

ya lor. think got "over" and no "under" budget. but if worth the price and things good quality, can liao. I am trying to keep to 50k if possible. Giving up or delaying some purchases if possible.

my fengshui master said cannot all black and red. initially wanted a red kitchen but now can only settle for blue. my dad is ok with the black mosiac as it's shiny. i wanted blue but the gal at sin lek said hard to match floor tiles.

hmm, chicken essence is for 提神 but can be heaty too i guess. bird's nest good for his throat also la. hahaha. but main aim is 养颜.

aubrey, u also went sin lek just now? i went just now also. chosen my tiles. see until eyes tired. i saw your option 1 tiles. My dad likes it but i oppose it. hahaha. cos dun blend in with my concept. too "atas". but have to agree if done well, it is very very nice, especially the white one. ya. i chosen some white tiles with streaks of grey, but under camera, like no difference from white tiles.

went to select tiles at sin lek. quite a nice experience. but eyes getting tired. hahaha. so many tiles to choose. in the end, choose the following living room tiles, cream-white with streaks of white, polished homogenous tiles $3.20 kitchen and common bathroom wall tiles (white with steaks of grey) and earth-grey kitchen and bathroom floor tiles. mosiac tiles are black, grey and grey marble combination MBR toilet wall tiles is greyish, with feature wall tiles ($5.50) and mosiac tiles.

the plates and bowls i bought from Java Entreprise.
