hmm are the furniture from S&C lasting?

Cement Wall.... Took me a long long time trying to convince my mum that my kitchen will be just plaster and paint over... no wall tiles... old ppl keep thinking that kitchen wall must have tiles so that easier to clean...

my mum is a fan of the chicken brand s/s rank but it is too expensive for me liao.. sigh maybe i will just a few chicken brand item..and pray the rest of the inferior s/s dont rust...

called Darren today and he told me that next monday can start hacking liao... finally.. he will passed me a chain and a number lock these few days.. soo exciting... until i forgot to remind him that i want my kitchen hob & hood , living room and MBR lights to be removed ..coz they still new can recycle... tmrw must rem to call him and remind him.. then i need to take leave and coordinate with him so that i can keep those items away properly.. tmrw must rem to call him...

my experience with plush has been pleasant..so far so gd..still a long way to go lah..i havent even started to hack my floors yet.. =p

i was very tempted to buy sofa from westpoint design during the last fair at sg expo.. the only thing that is holding me back is i never heard of this company before... i dont know how crediable is the westpoint design... Uncle told me he has a factory at paya lebar and they dont do retail business so i cannot go paya lebar and buy sofa from him... meaning if i like his sofa..i need to buy at the fair..

oil based sealant better for preventation of mositure.. will be using oil based sealant because my unit is a corner unit and we experience water coming in from external wall and the town council guy suggest us to apply oil based sealant

can i know what is the purpose of epoxy or sediment flooring?
