my feedback is positive. not sure abt others bought my sofa from Univonna. - Delivery on time, sofa packed in Styrofoam and wrapped nicely. No fault on sofa i compared prices against Star Furniture and other furniture shop. Univonna's price is v reasonable also

hi darrenelle, my family of 5 previously has been using a small fridge for 20 over years. not a big problem la..just that sometimes the fridge is full of food. but after awhile the food is cleared. My mum likes to buy alot of food, keep in the fridge and eat the next day. So we r considered a heavy user using small fridge. if u r buying a small fridge, its better to buy 3door small fridge cos its segregate your food well. better for storage btw..your tv feature wall is cool

this thread too chim..hehe. to me, Singapore property will bubble meh? nowadays demand is so many times higher than supply. And inflation is so high, so the cost of building up property is so high also. So the property market will not bubble so soon. If really property market bubble, then the how to meet the demand of so many couples who wants to get a flat? eh..i dont know actually. This is my silly thinking. dont flame me =p 2 years ago people say property market bubble 2 years later people say property market bubble.. btw bubble can mean the share price of property? Eg REITS? if share price of property, i agree, will bubble.. but in general for the property in spore, the value of the flat/property will be more and more exp right?

hi happy, maybe u can bring to a shop and ask people to sew/mend the length for u? dont cost much i guess. the rug i bought it at Evovliving for $100+. Abit regret to buy a rug cos maintenance is quite troublesome

Will aim to work hard from now. -your hse has the location, the view, the size and the height. Everything so perfect and it will appreciate fast also. -my uncle has a "condo-semi-d type" at bukit timah, his hse value appreciate faster than anybody.so your hse is definitely a good buy =)

thats a v good layout..this type of layout is the best for hdb flat. nowadays hdb new flat layout are "corridor" type. meaning have to walk thru a little corridor to reach our bedroom, eat up too much space yours is good
