    Actually it only depends on how you look at the things. For Example, if you choose the company with GST , eventho the pricing would be slightly higher but you must remember this only means the company is big enough to take in alot of customers. and when they have a lot of customers means quite trustworthy. For those without GST, eventho the overall pricing would be cheaper the company would be a one man to three man show. Which can be good or bad too haha

    If he only fix carpentry stuff, then not needed for a HDB license. However if he helps you to do stuff like hacking and more, then it is needed

    I am just wondering if anybody have use before those maid that are listed on carousell. Are they legal to do that ? Cause my friend of I have used the service for those one day cleaning, and apparently it is quite affordable and they would really work 8 hours to clean your house.

    Actually there are a lot of trustable contractors and ID on RenoTalk , maybe you could look around and might find the one that could help you to complete the work that is left. I think brochure nowadays don't really much work, ppl need review and projects pictures to see what is really good

    You can actually shop in JB and choose those store with delivery to Singapore. I think nowadays most of the furniture store and sanitary ware store does provide this kind of services. Of course they might surcharge you a little because going through custom would cost them the time effort , jam and even TAX from Gov for purchasing stuff "overseas"

    Haha because I think they are already a very established company, so even without any publicity or reviews their business keep coming.

    Both of this IDs are safe to be engaged with. They have been in the market for quite a time , haven't seen any problem from their side. You pricing should be around there, cause normally resale will be a little more expensive for renovation
