My haulage is $1000, my ID paid direct to town council, I got the receipt

loobhlinda, is the haulage cost included in your quotation by the ID during initial stage? Or they pay for you first then get the money later? Abit confused liao..

i think its by appointment cus they said they are afraid of ppl damaging their work. but the ID i talked to said she usually goes in the morning.

I thought showflat should let pple see and feel and free to walk in and take a look?

Anyway, after 7th lunar month, lots of contractors will start works, then can see their worksmanship...

I heard from one of my neighbour that the showflat @ 6th floor granite tiles crack!!!! Was it true????

Anyone can verify this????

I asked another neighbour and she told me yesterday went there, no such thing happen.

do you mean the granite tile "chip off"?

if it cracks, then it's either bad quality tiles or bad workmanship...
