have u tried the furniture shop along the main road? they have quite a selection too, but mostly on catalogues.

just to add something: think those have engaged uncle soon have said repeatedly that somehow some project management need to be done by us. it's a fact. thus, if u r busy and cannot do this part, no matter how attractive the quote is, dun take. and if it is not uncle who quote u, cos he is so busy, and u find the quote from alan or jason or whoever works with uncle is high, just forgone it la. no one points a knife to ask u to sign the quote. u have a choice. i think for those who sign up with ah soon, we are also "chin chye" gang (or maybe i am la). as long as the problem not too serious (have seen worse), we can close one eye. but if wrong and cannot bear it, then point out to uncle la. i believe he will change the wrong things as in past experiences.

still got a lot of things to buy i guess. especially the wine glasses. buy one set for future use also nice. and they sell the metal dustbins also. quite cheap i must say. the metal dustbins are in the carpark area if anyone is looking for these.

the wine glasses were in the air con area where they sell the rest of the wine glasses. i saw one with green speckles around the wine glass. quite nice. but i prefer blue color but they dun have the color for that range. so in the end, bought this. ah wei met me to give me the laminates catalogue just now. settle the carpentry stuff with him. he provided suggestions for my book cabinets, kitchen cabinets and so on.

i went sia huat too. check out what i bought. agree that the wine glasses are a steal. worth every cents of it!!!

the kitchen sink is very nice. going to buy the stainless steel bracket for dripping the excess water before putting the plates back. keke,
