  1. 1. Exclusive contract has only 3-month validity. 2. However, if without writing to void it, 2 weeks before expiration, it will "auto" in force again. 3. So, wirting in to agent to cancel it, 2 wk before it ends. 4. Put the selling price high high, so nobody can buy. Important. Don't let agent fill in this field. 5. If you put low low and someone wants to buy and you don't want to sell, agent can ask for "compensation". Impoortant. 6. Can tell agent straight yr intention, and destroy original agreement in front of both party. 7. If agent insists to sell, close yr door when viewers come.Ok?
  2. a) Do u mean to say that expressways, roads are good as in generating good Qi? - Expressway = big water road. Water floats boat as well as capsizing boat(accident) (fsm like to use sentence like this, very "generalise")say= no say. Ok lah, put it more plain: near NG, far (not to far) is G. Industrial standard is -65dB, measured at 1 meter from noise source. Can do the convertion? or transformation? - End of "No through road" no qi liao, "suck" by front of No Through Road. - Overhead bridge also water road hor. - Got roads then comes human traffic = good - Roads that cause too much "noise" - No good. (NG for who stay near, G for who stay further away) Ok? Understanding the correlation between small road/big road - accident - noise - human traffic - near - far..... b) The expressway can be viewed on the left hand side from my dining hall & spare bedroom - does that mean that the Qi will only benefit those staying along expressway? I see http://www.renotalk.com/forum/index.php?sh...st&p=584625 Near no good, further away always good = can See cannot Touch always good.
  3. Don't heee hee heee so loud le, don't know OBM will still keep printing money or not, also don't know HDB will keep builting BTOs/EC/DBSS, HDB/URA/SLA keep releasing lands out for building private pty. Make sure LKY in good health, LSL can steer the vehicle steadily slowly uphill, no downhill please, make sure be the first to jump out if downhill drive, as acceleration keep speed increasing.
  4. FYI, my pair of WORKING shoes(dirty, stink ,smelly with hk foots)get stolen yesterday. MIL's flat foot sepcial-designed shoes also "disappered" like mine, yesterday. Plastic shoe rack (4-tier) now shifted inside house liao. If I know they would get stolen, I would have put them inside liao.
  5. In ancient fengshui, rivers = water, carry good qi. If houses built "within" the strench of river is good, if "outside" the stretch is no good. In moderm fengshui, Roads lah , expressways lah = water road Long kangs = for transporting wastes = stagnant water with foul smell, carry bad qi = bad water (worst than tiolet's "sha" in term of magnitude)
  6. 格局正 = Lilian Too can write one whole bk just on this topic, bepgof tries to summarise - Sit on right plot of land. Hospital -no no, Cemetary - no no (Flemingo Valley), T-junction -no no (The Serennia), Historical dead ppl bury ground (Bishan)- no no , dead water road-no no, in front of temple-no no.......So many no no le. - Right shapes of land/building/unit. - Right geographical directional opening of door/windows enabling sunlight & qi. - Right "neighbours". - Riight 4 animals with taller height of dragon than tiger. - Right water road. .......So many Right le Anyone care to add in some?
  7. Aiyo, till now, I don't know my "TIME".
  8. From enginering pt of view, qi is gas, so need to be air-tight (no gap) thus efficient lah, otherwise got "losses" = waste material = waste money.
  9. 格局正,采光佳,通风好 - are 3 cores for good house. For external envirnoment, apply rule of left dragon, right tiger, back tortise, front vermillion bird - sure correct. Kalimantan is correct. Present's houses already small enought, still want to retain what qi? Go to prison cell where sure can collect & retain qi till par par. Lilian Too will suggest to close curtain to retain qi, Master Chang likes to put partitions to divert qi, some prefers to put plants to cover "blade" and to "stir" the qi. There are good qi and bad qi, how to identify? What if kena retain the bad qi and "divert" away the good qi? So, 通风好 still better, let what comes and what goes. Qi is too "玄“ . Don't even know how it comes, who knows how to retain? Can one 捕风(catch the wind) and 追影 (chase shadow)? I saw some in Buangkok's mental health institution did that when I was visiting my late uncle. Qi retention philosophy is based upon man standing in open ground of mountain top with wind blowing non-stop. How can he prevent from failing ill? - by building enclosure with some openings, letting winds flow through the "whole" enclosure. The key here is "whole" enclosure - kekiang fsms assume that by retaining some qi will, in turn, expand this "some" to whole enclosure ! Wait, what if no wind/qi blowing from external? What to retain? - Stuffy to death! Like the one in prison. Remember and apply the 3 cores and 4 animals principles (4 animal a bit cheem, has to read up yourself) when comes to residential selection issue. Ok?
  10. Hi, I'm sure if Lilian Too opens the door, both her hands will be busy swinging as if "receiving flying knives" from xxxxx? to avoid being injured.
  11. You've already decided the "external" & left "internal" for fsm to "play with". You decide further objects, shapes, color, placement, removal of this & that, addition of "this & that", in paper, ask him ok or not and He will ask you to add "these and those", remove "these & those", change placement of "this & that", at last but not least, pay him money for his service. After he's left, you'll ask forumers where to buy "this & that", expensive or not,...... Want some more comments? I take a break first, NEXT PLEASE !...
  12. "Superstitious" school of fenfshui emphasizes "意头"“&‘"形"”. Shoes are for foot, now put above head = monkeys lah, crows lah, lizards lah, 小人 lah having wild party on you top. Shoes = dirty, is a kind of "sha" = no good to human. Now want to put the "no good" on top? Sure "SWAY", all the way. Any more to add?
  13. Oops, everything black black, reminds me of the poor coupler with wedding dinner black black.
  14. -139sqm for 2 ppls? - pre-owner indian? - Ceiling pattern liao liao
  15. Tell him that respect can only be gained after showing real "kongfu". 行家一出手据就知有没有。 Thin skin & paiseh to ask?, ok lah, replaced with another question: What's your 4 pillar's 刑,沖,剋,害,合 phenomenon/setting(格局)- he should be able to give you a breakdown in details.
  16. No need bank book lah, just "borrow" HDB OIC's pc and press a few buttons, can liao.
  17. 1) Do you think the tall effect is nicer or the fat effect for my kitchen and bathrooms walls? 2) Do you think the brick pattern (with fat effect) is nicer, or straight pattern (with fat effect) nicer? "工" = easier to lay for verticle walls. "H" = Time consuming, contractor'll give whatever reason to avoid this. Confined space needs "H". 3) What is the right way to handle tiles/stones during installation and what is the right kind of working situation? - water saturation, esp for natural stones like marble & granite. - Apply (pain or roll over) thin chemical solution on both top/bottom surface - Avoild edges damage( esp minor chip off along glossy surface), see how the work "stack" the stones. 4) How many days to dry the tiles/marble/granite? Rule of thumb = 24 hr. Best is > 48hr. 5) Where to buy the corrugated paper? Is sold at "few pie" & in one roll, those industrial package material supply shop, eg Central Merchantile. 6) I also KIV matt, light cream tiles, Arke Silk, 300 by 600mm, made in Italy, for my kitchen floor. Do you think the brick pattern (with fat effect) is nicer, or straight pattern (with fat effect) nicer? Flooring (horizontal) can't tell "H" or "工" , depending angle one views. Best avoid "H" or "工" for flooring - giddy.
  18. 2nd question always result in ambigeous "answers". 3rd question is very straight forward. 1st question regards to founder's history. A respectful disciple MUST know and understand his "fore master"'s background, otherwise, he is, by any mean, not fit to use this methodology for commercial usage.
  19. - You'll regret using marbel stone for flooring after a few years. Surface turns "dull" like dead fish's eye, no more "reflective" look. Marbel is "compressed mineral" with high pressure over time. - LSH & Hafary are the biggest stone suppliers in singapore. - Instead of marbel, suggest to use granite ($5.6psf) can get those tokong ones liao. Surface much harder (hardest stones)and maintain the glossy look over many many years. - Personally prefer light-color stones for floor & walls, with darker color for dining/furniture/fixture..... - Lay a few same tiles on floor with natural light to see the effect first. One piece under showroom's warm light always has misleading look. Stand far/near "look" and "feel". - Get stones' size as big as possible(min 600mm x 600mm) for flooring. - Ceramic tiles for walls (tiolet/kitchen)can liao (glossy surface for ease of cleaning) if $ tight. - Best kitchen flooring tile size same as hall's. - For rectangular tiles, installing in "H" manner has "tall" effect, horizontally ha "fat" effect. - Tiles/stones are all the same, problem is how the workers handle them during installation and under what kind of working situations. Best no hurry, take time to lay and once dried, put corrugated paper for protestion. - Mop floor with damp cloth frequent during first 3~6 months for "water saturation" for granite stones.
  20. Look like you either enjoy to see his face black black, or, love to knocking your head hard. Ok lah, let you be, ask him: - Why bazi founder Mr. 子平 revised his methodology from rev 0 to rev 1 by adding in the "time" component. What had happened to have changed his mind. - What is "月令", why different interpreters having different "understandings" and interprete differently. 子平 did not define properly? - What is "用神". What's/re your "用神". Temporary 3 questions, enough to turn his face as black as charcol , or as red as roasted pig head with mouth open big big.
  21. Wind30, thanks for the sharing. "Light throwing" is a technique, as well as the "skyight" to bring in natural light. Sharp corners do create "undue mental stress" without much noticing, can put some indoor plants to "hide some - just merely from personal point of view.
  22. Tokong, all these in you mind while typing or refer to paper?
  23. Inter Terrace quite "deep in", usually has air flow & natural light insufficiency, if design not properly, especially at stair case area to 2nd floor. Notice also many sharp corners/edges - study bence, book shelf, stair case area( wood + cement), tiolets, almost everywhere. Too many 90 deg bents. Feeling = rigid + hard = not soft/smoothening. Care to share how you tackle these air + light insufficient problem? Also has engage any geomancer?
  24. Ooops, careful too many sharp edges!
