ZERO downpayment but very high mthly instalments + very high overall interest. you are in deep sheet if you go for it, especially if it's a korean/china car cos once the 3 years warranty is over - all sorts of funny problems start to surface. While still paying thousands for the instalments, you still need to pay for ENDLESS repair jobs. Not a problem if you have $2-3k cash to spare every mth. korean/china cars are for the rich not for the poor.

to me fridge base is a redundant work passed down from the 70s. UNLESS you still wash your kitchen by splashing pails of water and scrub - like the way hawker centres are being wash. If not, then why do you need a fridge base??? Have you ask the ID/contractor/yourself - what is it for? what are the advantages of having a fridge base?

1st option: forever you will be polishing 2nd option: just patch up existing with putty or white cement. get a good quality once and for all....pay and FORGET.
