this is something i tried and find that not so difficult to make good as finger food as usual, all ingredients agaration depending on what you like ingredients chicken wing mid section prawns / pork marinate soy sauce sesame oil oyster sauce preparation 1. cut a line on the back of the mid-section, carefully remove the skin in one piece (ensure that the shape of the wing is intact) 2. throw away the bone and mince the chicken meat with the prawn / pork 3. marinate the minced meat 4. stuff the minced meat into the skin 5. cook in desired style - bake, fried, deep fried etc
