hahaha, me civil servant lah pay very little that's why leave so many loh most of my colleagues leave for private sector coz they are tempted by the 50%-100% pay increase but me being the lazy person, i rather have more time to do things i like than have more money my course is a sponsored one so 1yr got 12 days exam leave usually take 5 days exam leave during exam week loh before that take my own leave my colleague one is no brand type (or at least she dun remember) she put think two years only, and not in direct sun somemore she say all shrunk, got 2cm gap i was like maybe got to go for vcool afterall...

hehehe, i got 35 days leave in a year got study leave somemore !! my colleague also not using v-cool then she say her home one shrunk already so around the film got gap leh can see very clearly coz it's like a 2cm gap if not in direct sun, still not so bad if it's in direct west sun sure shrink one... will ask my contractor this sat if he do or not if not then will get the contact from you

yes yes i can wait thank you so much hi lin_stapler, i also feel heart pain when i see homeless strays those feral ones still not so bad, but those abandoned ones everytime someone walks near they'll look up with anticipation, hoping it's their 'owner' who had cameback for them breaks my heart seeing the anticipation, then disappointment in their eyes... sometimes i visit a privately-ran cattery, some of the cats there are abandoned while the rest are rescued. those rescued are all abused on the streets so the volunteers brought them back, feeling that they can't protect themselves. the abandoned ones, in the first two weeks, will look up with anticipation. some will stop eating when they realised their 'owner' had left them for good sometimes i have to stop myself from sayanging the stray cats on the road. it's the friendliness of these felines that get them into troubles later - caught by pest controller or abused by lunatics. when they stop fearing human, they are ripe target for the sadists

actually a contractor also is the overall in charge mah unless you give out the different areas to sub-contractors then co-ordination is a big headache if you get one main contractor, the only difference compared to an ID is the design loh. personal view on fs to me fs is in a way a common sense way of living e.g. not placing your bed near door or window it makes sense coz these are place where the wind comes in and you DO become sick more easily coz of the exposure to the elements (may not apply to singapore's highrise living but hey, fs didn't start in singaproe) in true fs sense, it is a way of living to enhance the living experience of a person as for those 'change fs big money will start rolling in' saying, i dun really believe loh for me fs is just how to best arrange my living environment to the safety and peace of my family p/s: the association earlier is not so much buddhism from china, but more of the most chinese are buddhist, in a sense that most caucasians are christian... although christianity didn't start in the west either !!

guess for me it's a MUST to do the paint work coz it'll be a nightmare to do it later when all the furniture are in !! also, if you diy shouldn't cost you more than $500, esp if you get helping hands and equipment loans did repaint my current home about two years ago the amt of efforts needed to shift the furniture around, protect everything is doubly worse than the painting

it's really very easy to use for the adapter right, just twist it a bit then then electricity flow is cut off liao if you have more than 3 appliance, can consider getting the rewirable plug you can change the plug of your appliance, it's more sleek this way and less leceh if you confirm won't use the appliance anyway else me most prob getting a few of the rewirable plugs
