actually its 3rm bto, i think can spend a bit more on reno, still affordable. grohe stuff i think get from Singapore better , not much cheaper.

i advise young couples dun spend too much on renovation. seriously, its after all 99 yr rental. save up bcos if have children also expenses. maybe just do simple one.

U bot the shs 910 model right? Do they charge gst when ship over ? Also i think the installation is not easy leh. Not sure if any lock smith can do it. If u got a contact for locksmith who can install let me know The thing about buying online is no installation provided and the tools to install this kinda digital may not be available easily or at least this wat i read online. simple toilet reno cost 25k. whole house 5rm hdb reno without hacking 65-70k with hacking 70-100k... if anything below these pricing...u can expect substandard work....really eat grass

sometimes too good to be true is a scam u know. u know all these IDs and contractor back round right, machiam sim lim scam shops one

i need quote that include hacking of kitchen cabinet, redo kitchen cabinet and hack/retile the living room and 4 bedrooms, rewire whole house, redo the 3 toilets with hacking. kitchen top need kompacplus and kitchen cabinet need BLUM, all in i need below 45k.

very sianz,,, bough a resale already spend a lot, now the reno IDs and contractors all quoting sky high.....very difficult to negotiate also, i mean ppl also need to earn their rice bowl but totally out of budget by 20-30k type. fed up. if negotiate too much also worry about the workmanship and the commitment of the contractor. anyone in the end just move in with min reno? maybe just a coat of paint and change the sanitary wares, rewire, change air con and maybe just polish up existing marble floor= 15k inc fittings.
